Almost every type of person arrived at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, through Fat Joe’s Bar & Grill. But when an elderly couple came through the door, she didn’t think anything about it at first.

When they sat down, their gestures started to change. Immediately, Brittany knew it was going to be really tough. The couple looked all over the restaurant, slapping their faces as if they were stepping into their terrible nightmare with frustration. Reasonably enough, this was not a Michelin star diner, but the food is great.
