When someone was asked to create a sign to prevent parking in this area, we doubt the intention was for it to be quite this intimidating. The person behind it clearly wasn’t thrilled about cars blocking the docking area, as the tone of the sign is far from welcoming. On the bright side, it might have done the job—keeping the area clear for boat users to enjoy the water. Then again, the sign’s overly passive-aggressive nature might just lead to its removal.

For beachside restaurants, this nuisance often leads to frustrated customers requesting replacements for meals stolen by these so-called “sky rats.” One restaurant, however, has had enough. They’ve made it clear: protect your food, because if the birds get it, there won’t be any replacements.
