The exterior of the house was not what stuck out; the outside looked like every other home on the street. Joyce was right, though. A Looming Disaster
The sisters found out that Joyce had been living in the same home for seven decades already! In those 70 years, the only room she remodeled at all was the kitchen. The rest of the house was in the same style as it was the day she bought the home. When Joyce told the sisters this, they were unsure about coming to see the home. If it had not been renovated in 70 years, there was a good chance it was pretty poorly kept up with.
