They were a bit nervous about the colors and decorations that were currently in the house, as every room was extremely feminine-looking and may not attract many people to it. Redecorating an entire home can get costly, and if the seller isn’t interested in paying, it can be an issue. Not only men, but many women likely would not enjoy these colors.

Very Unique
There was one room that seemed to be different than the rest of the home, and that was the basement. It had wood paneling on the walls and had a built-in bar; it was perfect for a man to claim as his own man cave. This must have been the room where Joyce’s husband came with his friends to escape all of the pastels and flowers throughout the rest of the house!
