The dog was cluing everyone in that something important was there, so the police decided to call in professionals who could help them. They asked a pair of local archaeologists to come since the authorities knew conducting a proper scientific investigation was important. This meant the object had to be taken to a lab. The archaeologists organized the transport so they could do their investigation.

Once the archaeologists got there, they tried to dig out the object, but they found it was really heavy. Aside from that, they noticed that some kind of egg was inside the hard material. It took much more time than they had expected to dig the object out, and it was definitely not easy. They did not know how they would be able to get the object into their lab.
