This might not be an incredible military vehicle, but we still included it since it is cutting-edge military technology. Google Glass is going to give troops on the ground pertinent knowledge about their current mission. It will be able to measure distances, transmit video courtesy of a drone, display building layouts in 3D, and more! What makes this so impressive is that you would see all that with such a small thing.

The Distributed Aperture System (DAS)
The Distributed Aperture System, also called DAS, lets you stream real-time images from six infrared cameras all over the aircraft through the helmet. It lets pilots “see-through” the airframe or the cockpit. On top of that, there is a night vision mode through an integrated camera that the pilots can use.
