She was overwhelmed with emotion when her son narrated the unbelievable encounter he had. It was exciting, but how could it have even been possible? It was also a pretty wild time in her life. After she learned that Matthew had a successful career before quitting the force, she felt hopeful for what the future had in store for Michael. She also wanted to meet Matthew and express her gratitude for what he did in the past. We do not even want to imagine what would have happened if it were not for him.

It was no secret that Karen went through a tough time when she gave birth to Michael, her second child. It is already hard enough to give birth as it is. Can you imagine just how much worse it is to be unmedicated as you give birth on your front steps? Karen wanted to give Matthew her thanks for helping her out during such a trying time. There was just one thing for them to do now.
